   Today had dance in the morning and did a lot of exercise that needs flexibility so i think i kinda overused my spine so it hurts bad now..but its i hope its gonna heal fast..and also aft dance some of the dance ppl went to vivo to catch a movie and also 'lunch' :D and after movies went home and got my neck all sour caz i think we sat too near at the theater it was at the second row from the front 0.0 and when i reach home found a huge blue-black my thigh :( its even bigger then a 50cent coin..
